Ferdi migrated from the Philippines to Victoria at 10 years old. Classically French trained, with over 27 years’ experience, he has also worked alongside great Asian chefs, such as James Tan (from The Duck at Crown Casino, Melbourne)!
The vision for Mr Soy Boy is to take the best from a variety of Asian cultures, and using fresh, local ingredients and house made sauces, to provide customers the delights of unique modern asian cuisine.
Catering for customer’s preferences of chilli and other dietary requests (just ask) means you can sit back and relax, smell the aromas and ready your taste buds!
